Information Sessions

Caregiver Training Institute offers free, no-obligation, Information Sessions that provide an opportunity for you learn about the program and get answers to your questions. Information sessions offer a realistic picture of nursing assistant and medication aide jobs and provide detailed information about the requirements, costs, skills and training needed to become a NA-1, CNA-2 or MA.

CTI Online Information Session Steps

Step 1: View an Online NA-1, or CNA-2, or MA Information Session

Step 2: Select the DocuSign link to complete and submit your Class Registration Packet online

A DocuSign link to the Class Registration Packet will also be emailed to you for your convenience if you prefer to complete and submit the packet later at home.
The email will also contain a link to submit any Pre-registration Prerequisites & Eligibility Documentation, and a copy of your current government issued, signature-bearing, Photo ID with your legal name and birthdate for identity.

Step 3: Submit Your Pre-registration Documentation & Copy Of Your Photo ID

Use the following link at https://www.caregivertraininginstitute.com/upload to upload and submit the following documentation:
- Your Pre-registration Prerequisites & Eligibility Documentation.
- A copy of your current government issued, signature-bearing, photo ID with your legal name and birth date for identity.
Alternatively, you can drop off your documentation at the CTI business office, or in the black mail drop-box located at the entrance of the school’s front gate.

Step 4: Select & Reserve Your Spot In Class

At least five (5) business days prior to the first day of class, phone CTI’s business office at 503-257-0117 to select a class/clinical schedule.
To reserve a spot in your selected class, pay your tuition in full – or – make the required minimum tuition down payment.
A $100.00 NON-REFUNDABLE ENROLLMENT PROCESSING FEE is Included as part of the tuition payment.
REQUIRED MINIMUM TUITION DOWN PAYMENTS:
- NA-1 Faculty-led Hybrid Program - $800.00
- CNA-2 Faculty-led Hybrid Program - $600.00
- MA Faculty-led Hybrid Program - $800.00
Before a payment reserving your seat in class will be accepted, you must:
- Complete an Information Session and submit your Digital Signature.
- Submit your completed, dated, and signed Registration Packet.
- Submit your Pre-registration Prerequisites & Eligibility Documentation.
- Provide a copy of your current government issued, signature-bearing, photo ID with your legal name and birth date for identity.
- Select a Schedule.

Step 5: Complete the Registration Process - Pay Your Tuition

The balance of your tuition is due at least two (2) business days prior to the first day of class, unless you set up a tuition payment plan and pay the payment plan fee at least two (2) business days prior to the first day of class.
The fee to set up a tuition payment plan is $45.
Students sponsored (or partially sponsored) by agencies and facilities, are not eligible for tuition payment plans.
You can phone CTI’s business office to pay your tuition by credit card, or you can mail in a check.
Payment Options: We accept cash, check, debit cards, most major credit cards and money orders. We do not accept American Express.
